Proud to be a registered conveyancing law firm.
I was extremely happy with the service provided by Lead. Sherry, my solicitor, went above and beyond to get my property settled and make sure everything was in order. Highly recommended.
These guys are amazing. So helpful and efficient. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Heidi and Simon who were both wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring Conveyancing services.
We've found LEAD Conveyancing to be a very reliable point of contact during our purchasing process and Sherry was very professional and dependable solicitor. The service was very honest, straightforward, and made the entire process much easier.

Conveyancing is the process of transferring property ownership from one party to another. What makes conveyancing complicated is its legal aspect, such as the laws involved throughout the stages, making it difficult to navigate by ordinary people. To successfully settle with little to no errors, you should hire a conveyancing solicitor from a registered law firm like LEAD Conveyancing as your companion from the start of the conveyance until the settlement. Whether you buy, sell or transfer a property, legal advice from a conveyancing solicitor can help you more than you think, especially the experienced ones.
Scarborough is a suburb on the northern coast of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, located within the local government area of the City of Wollongong. The 2016 Australian Bureau of Statistics showed that the suburb has only more than 300 residents, 52% females and 48% males, and the average age of the residents is 35 years old, three years younger than the Australian national average age. Almost 90% of the residents were born in Australia, while others were born overseas, particularly in neighbouring countries like Germany, England, Scotland and the Netherlands. Religious groups in the suburb are Anglican, Catholic, Buddhism, Christianity, Uniting Church and Presbyterian and Reformed, Anglican being the most dominant religious group.
The suburb’s name Scarborough originated from a hotel established in 1887 on the land which still stands today. The word eventually became the official name of the suburb. In 1891, the South Clifton Mine was built by the Illawarra Coal Company, which was closed precisely three decades after it was opened. A post office was operated near the suburb’s railway station from 1898 until 1908. In 1913, the construction of a Clifton-Scarborough public school began, finished in less than a year, and was officially opened by the then Minister for Education.
Jobs in Scarborough are professionals, managers, clerical workers, administrative assistants, community service workers, personal service workers, technicians, merchants, machine operators, drivers and sales associates. More than 30% of the residents work in a professional setting. Almost 20% of the residents live in rental accommodation paying an average weekly rent of above $400. Some statistics of Scarborough include
