Proud to be a registered conveyancing law firm.
I was extremely happy with the service provided by Lead. Sherry, my solicitor, went above and beyond to get my property settled and make sure everything was in order. Highly recommended.
These guys are amazing. So helpful and efficient. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Heidi and Simon who were both wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring Conveyancing services.

It is widely believed that engaging a conveyancing solicitor from a licensed law firm like LEAD Conveyancing before you buy or sell a property can save you from many potential problems. Conveyancing is the legal procedure of transferring property ownership from one party to another, with property laws implemented throughout its stages. Professional help is precious, especially when you are unfamiliar with how the process works. Aside from the apparent legal advice you will receive once you hire a solicitor, a compassionate solicitor will ensure you are not being taken advantage of by the other party before, during and after conveyance.
