Cindy Xu

Cindy brings a wide range of experience to her role as a solicitor. She began her legal career at a boutique Australian law firm, where she worked on property law, family law, and civil litigation cases. This experience provided her with a solid understanding of diverse legal matters and the ability to address the needs of her clients across various areas of law.

Beyond the boutique firm environment, Cindy has also worked at leading international law firms. There, she developed skills in handling complex legal matters that spanned across multiple jurisdictions and giving her a broad understanding of international legal frameworks. Additionally, Cindy’s role in assisting foreign-registered lawyers in an in-house context allowed her to effectively liaise between business teams and external counsel to ensure smooth collaboration and communication for all parties involved.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Laws from the City University of Hong Kong, where she gained a strong foundation in legal principles. She further advanced her legal education by earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney, which helped her develop an in-depth understanding of Australian law and strengthened her ability to navigate legal systems both locally and internationally.
