I was extremely happy with the service provided by Lead. Sherry, my solicitor, went above and beyond to get my property settled and make sure everything was in order. Highly recommended.

Guildford is a suburb in the western region of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, located within the local government area of Cumberland City. The 2021 Australian Bureau of Statistics showed that the suburb has more than 20,000 residents, 51% males and 49% females, and the average age of the residents is 31 years old, seven years younger than the Australian national average age. More than 50% of the residents were born in Australia, while the rest were born overseas, particularly in Lebanon, China, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Iraq, the Philippines, India, New Zealand, Turkey, Fiji, Pakistan, England, Italy and Iran. Religious groups in the suburb are Catholic, Islam, Anglican, Eastern Orthodox, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and Uniting Church, with Catholic being the most dominant religious group.
In 1837, the land was named Guildford to honour the Earl of Guildford, an England title created thrice in history. Before the arrival of the Europeans, the Aboriginal people Bidjigal tribe inhabited the land. When a railway station was opened in 1876, a new residential settlement was established around it, and the former residential settlement became known as Old Guildford, currently a suburb located within the local government area of the City of Fairfield. The land is one of the Sydney suburbs with many Arabic-speaking people in Australia.
Jobs in Guildford are clerical workers, administrative assistants, technicians, merchants, professionals, labourers, machine operators, drivers, sales associates, managers, community service workers and personal services workers. Almost 20% of the residents work as clerks or administrators. Approximately 40% of the residents live in rental accommodation paying an average weekly rent of around $300.
