A conveyancing solicitor is essential whether you sell or buy property because they can advise and guide you through the conveyance from start to finish, ensuring that you prepare all the needed documents and verify details provided by the other parties involved. Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring property ownership from one party to another and being a legal process means that conveyancing is a complex task difficult to navigate without knowledge about the laws implemented throughout. Engaging a conveyancing law firm like LEAD Conveyancing is an excellent way to ensure that you will have a smooth transaction.
Bayview is a suburb of Sydney’s Northern Beaches region in New South Wales, Australia, located within the local government area of Northern Beaches Council. The 2021 Australian Bureau of Statistics census showed that the suburb has more than 3000 residents, 54% females and 46% males, and the average age of residents is 53 years old, a decade and a half older than the Australian national average age. Precisely 70% of the residents were born in Australia, while the rest were born overseas, specifically in England, New Zealand, South Africa, the United States of America, Germany, Netherlands, Scotland, Wales, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Egypt, Croatia and Zambia. Religious groups in the suburb are Anglican, Catholic and Pentecostal.
Bayview’s name was derived from an illustration of its location, giving a “view” across “Pittwater”, a semi-mature tide. In March 1788, Arthur Phillip, New South Wales’ first Governor, had a short expedition from Manly, a coastal suburb of northern Sydney, to Pittwater. Governor Phillip named the tide after William Pitt the Younger, the then Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Vice Admiral John Hunter, the second Governor of New South Wales, made a map showing the bays and inlets of the area. Patrick Bryan was one of the first inhabitants of the land. Bryan built his house in 1821 on the present-day location of the Bayview Golf Links.
More than 50% of houses in Bayview are fully owned, over 20 % are being purchased, and almost 10% are rented. Jobs in the suburb are managers, professionals, administrative workers, sales workers, technicians, community workers, labourers, machine operators and drivers. Some statistics of Bayview include
Bayview is a hilly, pet-friendly suburb with several parks, including Bayview Baths, Bayview Park, Bimbimbie Place Reserve, Ilya Avenue Reserve, Kamilaroi Park, Kennedy Park, Minkara Reserve, Pindari Park, Riddle Reserve and Rowland Reserve. The most renowned park is Rowland Reserve, a vast open field dog park where you can unleash your furry friends and let them run loose.
Located on Pittwater Road, Bayview Baths is one of the must-visit parks in Bayview, as it features a public swimming pool. The park will give you an excellent coastal outdoor experience by letting you have a scenic, clear view of Pittwater. When visiting, there is no need to bring food as various cafes nearby the park offer 5-star food.
If you want to cruise above Pittwater, Paddlecraft Kayaks is the activity you want to try. For an affordable price, you can rent a kayak individually or with a companion and sail above scenic waterways, such as McCarrs Creek, Lovett Bay, Clareville Beach and Scotland Island. This water adventure is only an hour from Sydney’s central business district so you can try it anytime. Other places you may visit include
