Conveyancing is the legal procedure of transferring property ownership from one party to another. It is a complex process that involves rules, regulations and laws throughout its stages, making it a complicated process to accomplish without the help of a conveyancing solicitor. A conveyancing solicitor is a licensed lawyer specialising in property law, the type of legislation implemented throughout the conveyancing procedure. Barwon is a suburb within one of the local government areas of the Barwon electoral district, Warrumbungle City, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and has less than 1000 residents, according to the 2023 Australian Bureau of Statistics census. Over 50% of the population rents their dwellings. The suburb is about a 30-minute drive from Baradine, the administrative centre of Pilliga Scrub. The lowest temperature recorded in the area is 8.9 degrees Celcius, while the highest is 23.1 degrees Celcius. Barwon’s name was based on the Barwon River, a river that is part of the Murray-Darling basin in the Orana region.
The electoral district of Barwon was created in 1894, along with the electoral district of Moree, which replaced Gwydir. Ten years later, Moree and Barwon were discontinued, and Gydir was recreated due to the downsizing of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly after the Federation of Australia. In this event, the six distinct British self-governing territories of 6 Australian states decided to unite and create the Commonwealth of Australia to establish Australian federalism. In 1927, Barwon electoral district was recreated due to the breakup of the three-member electoral district of Namoi.

Overall, this outlying suburb is a place for people who prefer a simple life over a city's unlimited glamour. Some statistics of Barwon include
Barwon is situated within the biggest electoral district in New South Wales, making it a suburb that is near several tourist attractions. Although it has few spots you can enjoy, its neighbouring towns will make you enjoy your stay. For example, Pilliga National Park has 500,000 hectares of open land in Baradine, and the park features more than 2000 kilometres of walking trail where you can jog all day.
Along the Pilliga walking track lies the Pilliga Sandstone Caves, a historical spot where you can walk in the footsteps of the Gamilaraay tribe, one of the Aboriginal Australians who lived there. The place is well-preserved as it is sacred for the Gamilaraay people, and the sandstone contains ancient Aboriginal rock engravings.
