Redcliffe is situated in the Moreton Bay Region. Moreton Bay is located in the northeast of Brisbane in Queensland. Redcliffe is a residential suburb and a seaside resort that has been quite popular since the 1880s. After it was established on the 13th of September 1824, this suburb has soared in population. Indigenous Ningy Ningy people occupied Redcliffe way before the Europeans settled in. This suburb was the very first colony in Queensland but was soon abandoned.
