When buying or selling property, consider engaging a professional experienced and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the real estate selling and buying process, such as a conveyancing solicitor. Conveyancing is a complex legal process of transferring property ownership (title) from one party to another. Legal assistance from a registered law firm solicitor like LEAD Conveyancing can save you from legal trouble, like accidentally violating some of your obligations indicated in the contract. Aside from giving you legal advice, a conveyancing solicitor can be your representative throughout the transaction, ensuring you are not being taken advantage of by the other party.
