Kristy and her team were great inspite of the 3 hr time difference. Their emails were detailed with all attachments included. Very professional on phone and emails and available anytime to clarify our questions. Just adding a summary to the email on dates and timeframes would be fantastic as an input if at all anything is to be improved as sometimes it can be time consuming to go thru all attachments.
