What does "buyer-beware" mean?

Buyer-beware means that when you purchase property in Queensland, you need to know all about the property before you sign that contract. So what that means is before you sign, make sure you understand the property. Make sure you do all investigations on the property before you sign and make sure you know everything about the property and the seller that you need to know before you sign.
